If something is not working

• My balance or What's Left looks wrongWhat's Left counts spending wallets only. Savings, debts, other currencies, bank holds, estimates and transfers explain most numbers that look off.
• My changes are not showing on my other deviceCheck the sync status in Settings, then the account, the space and the free plan's one synced device. Changes stay safe on the device until they upload.
• I did not get the email codeTavala emails an 8-digit code to confirm a new account or reset a password. Check the address, the spam folder and the resend wait, then see the error messages.
• I cannot sign inMatch the message you see to its cause: a wrong email or password, an unconfirmed email, the two-step code, a passkey, or the free plan's one synced device.
• A converted amount looks wrongTavala locks each entry's rate on its date and shows wallets at today's rate. Your bank's rate differs, so check the rate line and enter your own.
• The capture bar picked the wrong categoryThe capture bar matches your own category names first, then common words and shops in six languages. Pick the category once, or name a category after the word.
• I paid for Plus but the app still shows the free planPlus belongs to your Tavala account and the server turns it on after the store confirms payment. Check the account, wait a minute, then tap Restore purchases.
• My bank stopped importing transactionsOpen Connected accounts and read the line under the bank's name. Reconnect, renew, try again, finish setup or pay as it says. A missing row may be pending.
• I am not getting bill remindersBill reminders need the master switch on, the phone's permission, an active recurring rule and a recent app open. They are set per device and arrive at 9:00.
