Manage your plan
Where you change, renew or cancel Tavala Plus depends on where you bought it. The plan card in Settings shows which.
Bought in your browser
Open app.tavala.io, sign in, and go to SettingsTavala PlusManage. Switch between monthly and yearly, update the card, download invoices or cancel. Changes take effect at the end of the current period. You can also cancel without signing in, on the cancellation page.

A subscription bought on iPhone, iPad or Mac is managed by Apple, from Settingsyour nameSubscriptionsTavala on your device. Refunds go through Apple.
Bought on Google Play

Not sure where you bought it?
The plan card in Settings names the store. If it still is not clear, write to support@tavala.io from the email on the account. The pricing page has what Plus changes, and the help page covers restoring a purchase that does not show.
